Complimentary space planning
We also show you examples of our complimentary space planning/layout service that other clients have found very beneficial to visualise how to use their given space to its maximum.
Should you wish to avail of getting drawings done our specialist will visit your site to take precise dimensions and instruct our experienced space planner, to design a layout that is in line with your brief.
These drawings will be provided in 2d & 3d (see sample attached) as initial discussion document, from there we will amend the drawings to give a final layout that achieves your brief.
The next step is to arrange a showroom visit, where your dedicated specialist will show you different ranges of product and help you decide what range is most suitable for you.
Then a quotation will be submitted on your preferred product, advising the lead-time and appropriate installation programme.
On the morning of the installation, your specialist will be on site to personally project manage your installation and liaise with you on a regular basis and update you on its progress.
When your fit out has been completed, our installation team will take away all packaging and rubbish from the installation to be 100% recycled.
Then your specialist will accompany you on a comprehensive walk through your offices to confirm that you are happy with everything. We will also agree a time to do a demonstration on all the chairs bought, so that the staff can achieve 100% comfort by setting their chairs to achieve maximum personal comfort.
